Mission Statement:
The Public Works Department provides comprehensive infrastructure services and support for all tenants of Naval Support Activity (NSA) Hampton Roads across our five fence lines. We deliver day-to-day maintenance and repair and custodial and grounds services, and life-cycle sustainment, restoration and modernization for all buildings, utilities and land.
We will never lose sight of the critical missions of our tenants in the defense of our nation and our role in enabling them to execute those missions. As the Shore Infrastructure Technical Authority, we will strive to be flexible, creative and responsive in providing cost effective, timely and high quality products. We endeavor to always be professional and courteous and to continually improve our processes in response to our customers’ requirements.
