PLANNING, DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) provides expert architectural and engineering support, specialized technical and engineering services, project management, and construction management products and services to our many supported commands. NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic's partnership with Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA); Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); and the Marine Corps Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics is key to successfully managing Navy and Marine Corps installations in its Area of Responsibility (AOR). This AOR supports the mission of CNRMA and currently spans from Maine to South Carolina and as far west as Illinois.

Our diverse and expert team is comprised of Navy Civil Engineer Corps officers, civilian and contractor personnel, including civil, cost, electrical, fire protection, hydrographic, interdisciplinary, mechanical and structural engineers, architects, project managers, construction managers, interior designers, engineering technicians, program analysts, workforce analysts and many other highly trained professionals.

PDC provides engineering, designing, constructing and sustaining facilities for the Fleet, U.S. Marine Corps, Combatant Commanders. With a focus on continuous process improvement, we empower our people to create a safe, efficient business environment. Through collaboration with Environmental, Real Estate Directorate, and the Public Works Directorate, PDC partners with industry to support the needs of the Fleet, Fighter and Family.
