Captain Miguel Dieguez
Commanding Officer
Captain Miguel Dieguez is a 1997 graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and commissioned as an Ensign in the Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and has completed Joint Professional Military Education Phase I through the Naval War College.
Captain Jeremy Adams
Executive Officer
Captain Adams is a native of Hopkinton, Massachusetts and graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and was commissioned as an Ensign in May 2000. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Washington University in 2004, Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Maryland in 2013, and Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College in 2019.
Captain Michael McCain
Operations Officer
Captain Michael McCain is a native of Fairfield, California and a 2000 graduate of California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering. He holds a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. He earned his commission from Officer Candidate School Pensacola, Florida in 2000.
Mr. Jeffrey Killian
Business Director
Mr. Jeffrey Killian retired from the United States Army in 2008 with 20 years of honorable service and has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, NC State; Masters in Environmental/Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, and a MBA from the College of William & Mary.
CUCS (SCW/EXW) Jonathan Oien
Senior Enlisted Advisor
CUCS (SCW/EXW) Oien graduated from Irene High School in 2000. On January 17, 2002, he enlisted in the United States Navy and attended Boot Camp at Recruit Training Center, Great Lakes, Illinois.
