CDR Aaron Allison is a native of Wylie, Texas and a 2004 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering. He holds a Master of Engineering in Construction and Engineering Management from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
His assignments include Company Commander/Detachment Officer in Charge - Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Seven; Assistant Public Works Officer/Construction Manager/Facilities Service Contracts Branch Head - Public Works Department Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, NAVFAC Hawaii; Deputy Public Works Officer - Public Works Department Diego Garcia, NAVFAC Far East; Strategic Business Office Deputy Director (N8) – Navy Expeditionary Combat Command; Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Division Director - Public Works Department, Naval Station Norfolk; Public Works Officer – Installation & Environment Division, Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany; Public Works Officer – Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti Africa; Assistant Regional Engineer, Commander, Navy Region Northwest, and Operations Officer, NAVFAC Northwest.
He assumed duties as Executive Officer, NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic in August 2025.
Allison is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps, a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, and qualified as a Seabee Combat Warfare Officer.
His personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (3 awards), Navy Commendation Medal (5 awards), and other personal, service, unit, and campaign awards.
