Mission Statement:
Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) Joint Base Andrews provides contract and construction management for all MILCON projects in support of Air Force District Washington and their tenant commands at Joint Base Andrews and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling.
The ROICC is comprised of approximately 18 civilian personnel and three active duty military. The office is organized into two teams consisting of Construction Management and Contracting. The office is led by the ROICC Director (ROICC) and the Supervisory General Engineer (SGE).
