Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Investigations Hotline Complaints
NAVFAC Atlantic Office of Inspector General (IG) is the designated focal point for any allegations of fraud, waste, and/or mismanagement. The IG encourages all NAVFAC Atlantic personnel to be vigilant to the possibility of fraud, waste, inefficiency, and related improprieties, and report all such acts to the proper authority. Although it is ALWAYS our policy to try and resolve issues at the lowest possible level, if you become aware of any issues, which may need further investigation, and cannot be appropriately addressed through the chain of command or other sources, all employees are encouraged to report these issues directly to the Office of Inspector General.
You are an important source of information in these matters. If you have observed possible fraud, waste, and/or mismanagement in your job or operations, we ask that you report the circumstances.
The Office of Inspector General relies on concerned employees and citizens to provide us with information regarding alleged fraud, waste, and mismanagement at NAVFAC Atlantic. We do understand that you may wish to remain anonymous in submitting an allegation to us. However, your information is most useful to us if we can contact you by telephone or mail for additional information or, in some cases, if we can interview you personally. Therefore, we encourage you to identify yourself when contacting us and know that we will maintain your identity confidential to the extent allowed under the law. Whether you wish to remain anonymous or provide your identity, you may use the complaint form below and send via U.S. mail/email OR you may leave detailed message via one of the telephonic Hotline numbers listed above.
