CAPT Aaron Allison is a native of Wylie, Texas and a 2004 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering. He holds a Master of Engineering in Construction and Engineering Management from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
His assignments include Company Commander/Detachment Officer in Charge - Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Seven; Assistant Public Works Officer/Construction Manager/Facilities Service Contracts Branch Head - Public Works Department Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, NAVFAC HAWAII; Deputy Public Works Officer - Public Works Department Diego Garcia, NAVFAC FAR EAST; Strategic Business Office Deputy Director (N8) - Navy Expeditionary Combat Command; Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Division Director - Public Works Department, Naval Station Norfolk, NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC; Public Works Officer - Installation & Environment Division, Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany; Public Works Officer - Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti Africa, NAVFAC EURAFCENT; Assistant Regional Engineer, Commander, Navy Region Northwest; Operations Officer - NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
He assumed duties as Executive Officer, NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC in August 2025.
Allison is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps, a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, and qualified as a Seabee Combat Warfare Officer. His personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (4 awards), Navy Commendation Medal (5 awards), and other personal, service, unit, and campaign awards.
