Report Fraud, Waste, Abuse or Mismanagement
The NAVFAC Southeast Office of Inspector General (IG) is your primary contact for reporting fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement. While we encourage resolving concerns through the chain of command whenever possible, issues that cannot be appropriately addressed should be reported directly to the IG.
We rely on personnel to help identify improper conduct. If you’ve observed any suspicious activity, we urge you to report it. You may remain anonymous, but providing your contact information helps us gather follow-up details and conduct a thorough investigation. Your identity will be protected to the extent permitted by law.
Submitting a Hotline Complaint
When filing a complaint, please include as much detail as possible:
- Name and contact of the employee involved
- Supervisor’s name (if known)
- Duty location
- Specific dates/times of the incident
- Description of the misconduct
- Names of any witnesses
- Your contact info (optional but helpful)
You can report concerns via email, mail, or the IG Hotline. You can also leave a detailed voicemail if that’s more convenient.
